SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking number for all orders.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

All new, unused, unaltered merchandise can be returned within 7 days of purchase date. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item, shipping costs are non­-refundable. If you receive a refund for the damaged item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned  item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit in a particular number of days decided by your card issuer's policies.

If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must notify monolithskate@gmail.com within 48 hours of your package delivery. This will result in Monolith Skate making a claim with the shipping service provider. To help us expedite the replacement of your product if it is deemed damaged, the claim we must file requires pictures of the box (outside and inside indicating any damage) and the contents inside, and we will need you to provide that for us. The claim will not delay the replacement of your product once we receive the photos.
